effect glitch on premiere pro 2023

Question

I am having an issue, When I make playback speed full there is no glitch. But when I make it 1/4 there is massive glitch appears. Same thing happens when I try to render in 4K. There is no problem with 1080p. I couldn't find any solutions please help.
