Effect presets problem

Hi! some months ago I downloaded some effects presets a friend shared me and they worked just fine (Premiere Pro 22.0). Last week I updated my premiere to the latest version (22.5) and my effects didn't worked; the lagged the sequence and just couldnt work. I decided to unistall it and return to 22.0 but the effects didn't worked now on this version either, plus the Media Encoder now took a lot longer to export a video with those presets, which made a bottle neck on my workflow. I tried unistalling the presets and reinstalling them. Didn't work. Then unistalled premiere and media encoder and reinstalled them. Didn't work. I UNISTALLED THE WHOLE CREATIVE CLOUD AND REINSTALLED IT AND DIND'T WORK. :'( 

I don't know what else to do, because this are some presets I use very often on my work. Is there any suggestions out there?
