Effects keep resetting (Premiere Pro becomes increasingly unreliable)

I know this has been asked before.When I edit effects in Premiere Pro they keep resetting when I switch to another clip on the timeline.So far I wasn’t able to find a pattern. It happens randomly and lately seems to happen more frequently. It’s getting to the point where Premiere Pro is becoming completely unreliable.My current workaround is to copy&paste (or cut&paste) the effect I’ve been editing directly after making the changes. But that is tedious.Has anybody found a solution? Does anyone know of a way to avoid this? Is there a fix on its way?

A few questions to help narrow this down:What version of Premiere Pro are you on? A patch (26.5.2) was released for a similar bug.How are you adjusting values? If you use the arrow keys, does it do the same thing when you use the sliders or type a value and press Enter? Try each.Which effects, other than Lumetri Color, are affected? Do the intrinsic effects like Motion or Opacity do the same?
