Effects Panel has slow respond time

The proogram works alround great for me, smooth playback and editing. But when I go up to the effects panel and scale the clips by dragging the arrows, it responds very slowly, almost lagging. When I try to do the same thing in the audio panel it works fine!? 

My windows, drivers and everything is up to date and has all the ram and etc. needed. 

Weird thing is that it works fine when the support team does it on remote control, it also works fine on another pc.

Been trying to fix this for ages. Please help 😞
