Effects that I use often. Favorites?

There are 3 or 4 effects that I use very often in adobe premiere. How can I do to create a kind of favorites or have these effects on hand faster without ever having to write your name in the search engine?

First, you can even select several effects at one time in the ECP, right-click, and save as preset ... with every effect included with the current settings.

Second ... adding bins to the Effects panel Presets list is a bit non-intuitive. If you click the new-bin icon, it will always add your bin to the bottom. And no matter how it is named, you cannot move it ... that will be at the bottom until you add another custom bin, which will be added below it.

However ... if you right-click in the Presets bin at the top of the list, and select "new presets bin", it will add New bin to the Presets area at the top. You can't move it ... but that list is sorted alphabetically when Premiere opens. So name it perhaps starting with an A or a 1, and it will be at the top of the Presets drop-down list when you close/reopen Premiere.

So ... you can choose either to add custom bins to the bottom, and always scroll there, or in the Presets bin at the top of the Effects list.

Simply create a bin/folder in the Effect panel. Drag your favorites to it (it create a link to the original; it does not copy it).

If you want the Effects saved with some of your favorite pre-fab settings, you would create a Effect preset. These can also be put in a custom bin. (See the link in Peru's post for info on that.)
