EGPU Video / Audio Sync Problems after upgrading to version 14

EGPU was working perfectly before upgrading to V14 using an external monitor connected to the eGPU.  

I have a 2017 15" Macbook Pro I7, 16GB RAM, 560X with Vega 56 EGPU. 

After upgrading, the audio is very out of sync with the video when playing back.  I've used the original H.264 files, proxies, and ProRes 422 files.   I've also played back at 1/8.   All very out of sync.  If I edit on the local laptop monitor with the external monitor off, or if I use "Software Only" in the project settings on the external monitor, everything is fine.  If I change the project settings to use a gpu, the audio and video is out of sync again on the external monitor connected to the eGPU.
