Embedded video option CC Files

In Premiere CC 2018, I created & edited 708 CC files on a video timeline.  All is good, I could see it & edit it but when exporting media to Quicktime H264 in the caption export options there is no "Embedded video option" as shown in the tutorials. The only three options are none, burn captions into video, and create sidecar files.  What am I doing wrong?
