Enabling CUDA

I am fairly new to Premiere 2017.  Need to enable CUDA for my NVIDIA Quadro K2200 but Mercury selection for this stays grayed out.  I create the cuda_supported_cards.txt in the Adobe directory for 2017 with the entry "Quadro K2200" but still no luck. Can anyone help?  I am running on Windows 7 64 bit.
