encoding issues.

I have premiere pro 23. Not sure how to put this. I have encoded a 8 min video and it will only encode the first 6min. I have tried to encode a 26min video and it will only encode the first 19min. The settings have never changed from day one and use them all the time.  Its all for youtube, so I use YouTube 4k settings. Any help please.
