Encoding Stuck at 2%

Hi, I am trying to export my video as a .avi file in premiere pro, but it is stuck a 2 percent. I have tried restarting the program but it keeps getting stuck. PLEASE HELP!!

    I agree with Ann that different export options are probably best.

    I would recommend the H.264 Format using the Match Settings - High bitrate preset.

      Try H.264 as format with a Youtube preset.

      Umm this didn't work. It got stuck at 7 percent and this happened to the screen:

      Have you tried going through Media Encoder?
