Encore and setup for DVD player remote control - simthing missing

HiUse Encore CS6On the DVD players remote control there is a button "RETURN" but the I press on it nothings happens.  There in Encore do I have to setup this button to go back to the last used function ?

The buttons on remotes don't always do what you'd expect. Do you have a "resume" button in addition to the "return"?
