Ok got it exported to desktop.

Now the ImgBurn for PC app is really confusing and doesnt work.

Is there any other easy app to direct burn this thing to a Bluray now which can directly play on a BR-player ?

ImgBurn is powerful, and can be complex.

But the essential functions as there when you know where to look:

Click on Mode, then Ez-Mode Picker. If you build to an .iso, select Write. (If you built to folder, you'll use Build.)

In the "Source" area, click on the "Browse for a File." Pick your iso.

Or see this:

The error is: "device error", Code: "3", Note "CreateStcSequence:Fail to write M2S file""

This error is probably from multiple sources, and there has been no consistent fix reported. It can be media or drive. It can be permissions. A reinstall of Encore has fixed it in at least one situation. Reducing bitrate/project size may avoid the error. Make sure you are running Encore "as administrator."

Test the workflow up to the point of actually burning a disk by a) building to an image and b) burning with an alternate software such as ImgBurn for PC or Toast for Mac.

Well, it used to work for years now, without any issues.

And weird thing is, Sony Blu-Ray writes fine.

Other shows this error.

And sometimes Sony also fails. So, its kind of random but 95% are failing all.

The source at premier pro is around 13-14GB and disk is 16GB.

And is there any other official way to burn from premiere pro to Blu-ray without using encore ?

Create a folder or image file on your hard drive and use another program to burn the folder or image file to disc

I always create an ISO file (DVD only, I don't do Blu Ray) and then use Imgburn (I'm on Windows)

Set your Encore DVD/BluRay output to an ISO file or to a folder on your hard drive https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2150198 and then use the FREE Imgburn to write files or folders or ISO to disc for DVD or BluRay (send the author a PayPal donation if you like his program)

Read http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1322583 for notes on installing Imgburn WITHOUT any toolbar add-ons... Set Imgburn to use the slowest burn speed your drive and media will use... I set my burn speed to 1x and let Imgburn adjust to the actual minimum
