Watch this clip, selection of Mark Out [O] at the exact boder line of two clips, encroached into next clip. To avoid this a procedure has been done. Issue is, I replicate this work but I cannot see this shortcome in my latest version . I wish to know whether this issue has been overcome in the latest version.

No, MahaB8. The behavior is the same. It would be best to zoom into the playhead to see the action. Try that.
