enhance speech

Enhance speech is working in tutorial but when i try to apply it to my own audio it is greyed out and is not an option? It was originally an 4 channel ambisonic file and I have exported it as a stereo & mono file. Still not working and greyed out in menu.

I have since tried other stereo files and the option for enhanced speech is greyed out. Can't choose it?

But the tutorial works so I don't know what I am missing.
