Entire Computer Shutdown Crashes launching/closing premiere

It is only with Premiere and its fairly random but frequent.

Loads of Event 41 - Kernel-Power

"The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

Mostly upon opening Premiere, nothing else open.

Windows 10, Quadro P4000, Intel I7, 16GB RAM, 1TB NVMe, Dell Laptop

Where could I find out more details??? Try to narrow it down??
