Entry Point Could Not Be Located..

I found Prem Pro CS6 crashing with the pop up; "The procedure entry point  ..... could not be located in the dynamic link library ...... HandlerHitler.dll.

I reinstalled the original application and in addition did an update thu Adobe Cloud but cannot get past this....... Anyone??@!

    That MAY be a Windows error, not a CS6 error

    Search bar at the top of http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx to find and re-install the C runtime, or for ALL Windows help
