Erreur au lancement de premiere pro

Bonjour ,

j'ai un message à l'ouverture du logiciel

 

adobe invalid map <k, t> key

 

impossible de lancer l'application ! 

 

nous avons essayé en ré-intallant une ancienne version ... mais toujours pareil !

Sorry for the issue. Please try temporarily disabling your third-party plugins using the Reset Options menu (https://adobe.ly/41zPCWn) and let us know if Premiere Pro launches. If you still see the issue, please share a screenshot of the error message and let us know if you're using a Windows or a MacOS system.

Good morning,

yes we have already tried this manipulation... and it still does not work!

We are on Windows 10 system.

and it does this to me on all versions...

and here is the screenshot of the error message.
