Hola ¿que tal? Soy un Editor de videos y tengo un problema

adquiri una licencia de Premiere Pro y una de Ligthtroom gratuita por 7 dias

Todo pude hacer, pero a la hora de subir mis videos de muestra... me tira un error 

Y no publica mis videos, no importa Si lo hago por Web o si lo hago de la misma aplicacion 

simplemente no me deja :c

¡POR FAVOR! si saben como solucionarlo ayúdenme :c

Hi how are things? I'm a Video Editor and I have a problem

I bought a Premiere Pro license and a free Lightroom license for 7 days

I could do everything, but when I upload my sample videos... I get an error

And it doesn't publish my videos, it doesn't matter if I do it on the Web or if I do it from the same application

it just won't let me :c

PLEASE! If you know how to fix it please help me :c

I have no idea what I am looking at. All i see is Chrome..........

Guessing here:

If you want to use sample videos from a website you need to put them on your computer first then import into Premiere.

Glowity315225208p07 There are two points here:

1. When an error occurs while importing, it means the problem is not with downloading or installing the application.

2. Where have you saved the media you're trying to import? Make sure it is saved internally on your computer to test the issue.
