ERROR ADDING VIDEOS TO SEQUENCE

Not sure what the issue is but, my program was just working fine. Now, everytime I try to add a video to the sequence it is not allowing me to I tried dragging and even using a shortcut key. I close the program, restarted my computer, and even updated my program I am still having this error. Has anyone ever experience this or tell me how to fix this. I have used premiere pro for over 5 years i never experienced this before.
