i wanted to download premiere pro but is says -installation failed -lerarn more- so i clicked -learn more- and -get help- i  got my error code. - Error: api-mc-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing. is followed link and got on site of windows. there was 2 methods of download . i downloaded the package from the site i opened it and installer of update says -the update is not applicable to your computer- what should i do? i have 64 bit- x64 based system. windowns 8.1
