"Error Code 145" when downloading Premiere Pro, cannot find the file that I need to delete/rename

This is my first time installing any Adobe software, so I'm a little confused as to how I could get a 145 error without possessing the file listed above.
I tried doing everything listed in this post and it did not solve the error:
In an effort to fix the problem myself, I tried to locate the Adobe file in ~/Library/LaunchAgents/ and I could not find the com.adobe.ccxprocess.plist file.
I am running macOS Mojave (10.14.6) on a MacBook Pro and the computer is less than a year old.
If anyone has suggestions as to a course of action, I really need these programs so that I can be ready for college in the fall.
