error code 16

프리미어프로 설정을 동기화 하려고 하면 계속 에러코드 16 나온다.설정을 동기화 하고 싶다.방법을 알려줘. When I try to sync my Premierpro settings, I still get error code 16.I want to synchronize my settings.Please teach me the way.
