Error Code [/PPro12.0.1/releases/2017.08/shared/adobe/dvamediatypes/src/Ticktime.cpp-327

I rendered my project and hit command+s to save. When it was done saving I got this error code: [/PPro12.0.1/releases/2017.08/shared/adobe/dvamediatypes/src/TickTime.cpp-327]

Premiere asked if I wanted to open a recovery project upon reopening and then crashed again with the same error code.

Now every time I open Pr I get the same recovery project question, error code, and crash.

Please help!

    Having the same issue! Premiere crashes shortly after opening. Anyone have a solution?

    It ended up being a corrupt transition that I had all over my sequence. I think it got corrupted when I changed the frame rate of my sequence from 23.98 to 29.97.
