Error Código de error: -1609629695 y 3

Sigo recibiendo este error al exportar desde Premiere. Lo desinstalé y lo reinstalé y ahora aparece el ERROR 3, no sé por qué. Leí en el foro que tengo que desinstalar algunos puglins pero no sé cómo, acabo de empezar a usar Premiere, etc.
