Error CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED exporting in Premiere

When I render in Premiere it sets my cpu to 100% and I get the blue screen of windows with the error CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED. I asked Microsoft about this error and we were thinking about the source. The pc is newly formatted, it has no virus, all the drivers are installed, I have windows update to the latest version .... My CPU is AMD ryzen 1800x and my graphics is Geforce GTX 1070. I have acceleration cuda activated.
