error everytime I upgrade with creative cloud.

everytime i upgrade with creative cloud for premiere pro, it want me to close the program.ok. but then it wants me to close dynamic link. is there a fix.. it seems like it should just upgrade without any issues?

i have to go in and delete the dynamic link,, which is annoying

i am on a mac. i am on Sonoma, but this was happening with the last OS too.

Hey there, @rupertmayo,

Sorry for the frustration. What you might try is quitting all applications before updating Premiere Pro. I find that if Photoshop is open, the dynamic link warning remains. Once it's closed, it updates as expected. Let us know if that works.

Hi Kevin,

Premiere is the only program i use. nothing else adobe is open, only creative cloud. i have other non adobe programs open?

CC desktop still thinks your dynamic link is active.

After you closed the program, click on update again.

when i close the CC program. everything closes, so then i cant click update... i find myself loading up the website and digging around trying to find the Beta Update button
