ERROR - GDI: invalidparameter

Hey everyone, I've been getting this error message in Premiere for the past few days while working. I haven't done anything out of the ordinary recently, so I haven't been able to find a solution. It's affecting my workflow, especially when trying to play back or link Premiere to After Effects. If this has happened to you, or if you have any solutions, I'd really appreciate your help.
