Error glitch audio cuando se importa a la linea del tiempo

Question

Hola! tengo un dilema y es que cuando arrastro un audio/video descargado de tiktok o youtube para yo usar dicho audio con mi video, se glitchea, en el video que subo como evidencia el video de la derecha es el mismo importado en la izquierda pero si escuchan cuando dice birtthhhday... hay un glich que en la derecha no tiene. y si atraso el audio de la derecha debajo de mi video de una se daña tambien...no se que puede estar pasando 😞 help

Hi @Lorena2237,Welcome to the Premiere Pro forums. As @Ann Bens mentioned and depending on how/where the clip was downloaded, it's possible the clip is downloading as variable frame rate footage. You can usually check this by right-clicking the clip in the Project panel > Media File Properties, and it will say "Variable Frame Rate Detected" in the clip information. Converting or transcoding the clip to Constant Frame Rate either to an .mp4 again or another format like QuickTime ProRes could help fix this audio issue.Just to rule out, if you go to Settings > Audio Hardware, make sure Default Input is set to 'No Input'.Hope we can help you soon and sorry for the frustration,Dani
