Error importing Premiere project as timeline in Encore

I edited 25 video sequences in Premiere Pro CC2015, then exported them as H.264 .mp4 PAL videos in 720p with AAC audio, then imported them in premiere pro cs5 because CS5 supports Encore chapter markers. And now when I try to import CS5 premiere project as timeline in Encore I get the http://prntscr.com/gczpu8 error.

I'm using Windows 7 64-bit on a Dell laptop with Intel i5 560M, 8GB RAM and Intel HD 5000 graphics.

.mp4 videos are 25 FPS

Say again: what version of Encore and PR?

You can only dynamic link (import a PR sequence) for like versions of PR and EN.

Are you making a DVD or Blu-ray or both?

I'm using PR CC2015 to edit raw footage and export it, when I export those clips from PR CC I import them into PR CS5.5. And when I try to import that PR CS5.5 project into Encore CS5.5 I get the error from the screenshot.

Note that EN in the CS5.5 is actually EN 5.1. But yes, it should dynamic link to PR 5.5. That is not a good workflow, since you are probably encoding twice. Just export as DVD (or BD) legal from 2015, and import to EN. You need to calculate the bitrate to fill the disk.

The common cause of the "decoder" issue is still image files where the pixel size is too large.

H.264 imports, even if others work. One user found it to be a still in a non-Adobe editor. Wilkes says cross platform can be issue.

And in this example where it was not an image issue, the user fixed the problem by re-encoding the problem file.

RGB vs CMYK in still image was also raised as an issue, but I have no link.
