Error message each time I start a new project?

I get this message:  A new default workspace preset has been created to replace the outdated version.  Any changes to the original workspace preset will be lost.  Custom work spaces (Saved As to a different name) will remain.  Anyone know why I get this each time or is it a normal occurrence?  Thank you.

      I was getting this, and then after I read this thread, but before I tried anything, it stopped throwing the warning. I wonder if something got reset with a new Windows 10 "big" update.
