error message - internal software error in Encore

Thanks again, John.  I’d reworked the clips BUT finally decided to remove all chapter points.  Reset them and ‘lo and behold’ - it worked. 
On to the next task/problem..

Type the error message in Google and it will give you several possibilities to fix it.

Yes, it’s old - like me.
The software is expensive enough without continuous upgrades unless problems occur - NOT UNTIL today.
Product version 5.0.0.508
Windows 10
Using 6 clips to make a single DVD
No menu/title used.
I usually use Admin mode

Thanks for trying - I think I’ll rethink the project - can’t believe the software is in error, it must probably be me
 

Encore CS6 is from 2012 and is no longer supported by Adobe… I don’t know that error, and for anyone to even guess you need to provide more information

If Windows, what SOMETIMES helps is to right click the program EXE and 

A - select a compatibility mode in the popup window

or

B - select run as administrator in the popup window
