Error messages when attempting to switch proxy files

I am attempting to switch proxy files with the high resolution original files that the proxies were created with.  I have a 2017 MacBook Pro.  I recently updated the operating system to Big Sur.  I suspect that may have something to do with it but not sure.

Did you install a hevc codec?
