Error "Motion Graphics Template Media Undefined - File format not supported" after update 2024.6

Hello,

I create Premiere Pro templates that contain .aegraphic files. Previously, when importing such a project into another project, there were no problems, but after the 2024.6 update, many customers began to complain about the "Motion Graphics Template Media Undefined" error when importing.

Note that not all users have this error, including me, I do not have such a problem. That is, apparently, the aegraphic file version is supported, but for some reason not for all users. Are there any ideas that I can advise customers who have encountered this problem?

For now, I recommend that they downgrade to version 2024.5.

it works well in the 24.5 version. If you don't need the latest version, try it by lowering the version.

I just have the same issues on my premiere pro. Did you solve the problem? There was an error when I tried to use motion bro template. Until last weekend, I was using it without any problems.
