Error/Problem when typing Chinese subtitles in Adobe Premiere Pro

When Im trying to type Chinese subtitles, it keeps on repeating itself in English and making a whole mess if I continue to type in the words that I want.

Is this a bug or a problem that you guys face too? I know not alot of people type Chinese subtitles but still I need some help. It's annoying and inefficient.
