Error retrieving frame when trying to speed up clip beyond 200%

I get the error above when I try to speed up a clip from a video I am editing. It works for lower percentages, up to 199 inclusive. But for some reason, as soon as it hits 200% it just doesn't work. Is this intended, is there a fix?
