Error: Side-by-Side Configuration Incorrect

Anytime I try to run Premiere Pro, I get an error saying my "side-by-side configuration is incorrect." I'm running it on Windows 10. It worked just fine last night too. Is there a fix for this?

I have the same issue. Here's a screenshot of the error (my personal info is crossed out). What needs to be done to fix it?
