Error: Unable to draw path. GDI Status: OutOfMemory

Hello, 

I am trying to apply audio effects to a video when the error message: Unable to draw path. GDI Status: OutOfMemory appears. 

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

I have up to date GPU drivers and plenty of space in on the m.2.

PC: 

32 GB Ram

GPU: GeForce RTX 3060 12GB
