Can Premiere not handle this speed? If so does anyone have suggestions how I can make this happen? I need to speed up video this fast for a time lapse project I am working on.

This is the error I am receiving when I try to render previews:

Try After Effects.

It seems I also get an error in AE:

"After Effects error: An output module stopped responding. The file may be damaged or corrupted. You may need to restart After Effects."
