It looks like you should use a different workspace, and if need be re-create the one you liked. Of course, if you have a backup of the preferences folder you could restore the workspaces from that, if of course you haven't yet backed up with the error.

If you are on Windows, here's the folder you need to backup:

%UserProfile%\Documents\Adobe\Premiere Pro

 

Just paste that into file explorer.
