Essential Graphics all black in Premiere

Hello,

I recently created a library of Essential Graphics in After Effects. I tried it in Premiere on different computers (Mac and PC) and it all worked fine but some people that I added to the library are experimenting a common problem. The Essential Graphics appear to be all black and even though the Essential Graphics edit panel is accessible, none of their actions is working.

Any idea of what could be the problem?

They all have the latest version of Premiere and After Effects installed.
They all have the right font installed.
I also asked some to do this: File > Project Settings > General and set the renderer to Software Only.
