Essential Graphics List view

Hey guys from Adobe.

After installing the latest update of Premiere Pro CC 2018, in new Essential Graphics window is not possible to set list view. Is there any way to change it, because it is not practical for me and I think for many other people as well? I use most often my own templates, but now the Essential window shows all content in the same folder and it is very confusing. Favorit (star) icon is not good solution as well, because I still have a lot of own graphics divided to many custom folders. Is it possible to solve it in any way?

Thanks in advance

Artem

I Agree too... This is just another way for the nice folks at Adobe to push you into always having to look at the ADOBE Stock Library so you can buy even more stuff.

-Bring Back Folders

-Bring Back List View

-Allow batch installing of Motion Graphic Files

You do have choices in checkboxes for both the local templates folder and for Libraries. If you're not using Libraries, you really should learn about them ... as storing your mogrts whether ones you've created or acquired in the Libraries you create and manage is a very solid workflow. And available from any machine you log into, or by anyone on a team or project who is given the pass to access that library.

Pretty slick actually. Though a bit different than the old folder-style "look".

I can certainly see the wish for a list-view option though, even when working with libraries.

Hello,

how did you create and manage the libraiies ?

I can't do something like that on network storage to share with all my editor's team...

I agree with this! What was the thinking in removing folders and list view? It makes dealing with dozen of graphics pretty impossible. Also without list view if a graphic name goes beyond a certain character count you get the '...' which makes it impossible to know which graphics you are selecting.

-Bring Back Folders

-Bring Back List View

-Allow batch installing of Motion Graphic Files

Hi I just did the upgrade 12.1. Before Essential Graphics had folders showing all the various installed packages. Now when I open EG every single effect is listed in one huge list I have thousands. No sign of the folders. I see several buttons for libraries and local folders but clicking these seems to only show/hide some or not do anything. How do I get the folders back ?

I noticed the new Essential Graphics Libraries button list has something called "Good Magazine" and "All" and "My Library" But I can't figure out how to create libraries or delete ones in the list.

yep, there is no end to how many mess ups they create in new versions. I have the same problem.
