Essential Graphics media not working

This template I downloaded from internet. When I updated the media of essential graphics of that. But the issue is changed media files (video/photos) are not updating in the main file. 
In this picture shows, the 'Your media here' part must be updated by the image that is in right side.
Why this happens?
