Essential graphics: move with keyboard commands in order to change text style

Once I select the essential graphics as active panel, I woul like to move along the UI only with keyboard commands: my final purpose is to change the text style applied to this particular element. (red circle). How can I navigate till the specific dropdown menu? (Windows environment)
