Essential graphics stuck loading

Hello, thanks in advance for your time. My essential graphics Adobe Stock panel shows stuck on loading when I try to license new stock. It does let me license adobe stock on the website and auto-updates in Premiere. However, I can't license new stock within Premiere. Here's what it looks like:

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for reaching out about my issue. I am not using a computer from an educational environment nor am I working at a large company. This issue just started happening after I updated to the latest Premiere. However, Adobe Stock allows me to license at stock.adobe.com and immediately updates in Premiere.
