Essential Sound Auto-Match Completely unfunctional?

Usually I have no problem using Auto-Match for my sound. I'm working on a project with two cut up audio tracks (ScreenShots Included). These tracks were exported from a garageband file as mp3s, and then were synced with the accompanying video.

Despite the Essential sound Tab stating that the sound has been auto-matched, the tracks do not change in any way.

I've tried updating Premiere.

I've tried switching from a pc to a mac (with the same prproj file).

I've tried rendering and replacing the audio track.

I've tried auto-matching as dialogue, soundfx, and music.

I have opened to "progress" window which also states that auto-matching has completed.

If anyone has any ideas it would be greatly apprciated.
