Essential Sound default presets in v12

When I delete the default Essential Sound presets in Premiere v12 they keep reappearing. When I did the same in v11 they stayed deleted. Is there a way to permanently delete the default presets in v12? In v11 I can personalise the Essential Sound panel so that I only see the presets I created.
