Estimated file size when exporting is massive

Hi. im trying to render a 25 min video to mp4 but the estimated file size is massive (3016 MB). I dont understand why?, im saving to H.264 format.

If you have time, to get your best image, export as Quicktime>Prores 422 LT, then use Handbrake (Free compression) to compress as mp4. Handbrake does a better job than the media encoder. If you have the speed or time just upload the ProRes export to YT.
Youtube: 256 GB, The maximum file size for YouTube is 256 GB

The estimated file size and the actual file size you get when you export always differ. What´s the file size of the exported file?

Lower the bitrate to get a smaller file. Change preset to either Adaptive Medium Bitrate or Adaptive Low Bitrate or adjust the bitrate manually. Another way is to use 2 pass VBR instead of 1 pass VBR.
