Every time I reopen a project that includes clips I opened in after effects the media goes offline.

Where exactly is your media file located? Is it on a USB drive?
Move it to your desktop and re-link from there.

It is located in a usb, but the problem is I do my special effectse in after effects and that is directly linked to a clip in premier so if I change something in after effects than it will change in premier. But it I close the programs down and repopen premier the media is unlinked.
