Question

Everything stops when I try to click Blu-ray

I have a problem. In Encore. After Transcode is finished, in Build tab: when I click on DVD and try to change it to Blu-ray, the computer freezes, the mouse arrow vanishes, and you get that little circle going round and round showing it is doing something. After that you have to turn the computer off at the mains then restart it before it will work again. What is wrong? I am using Windows 7 and CS4.2.1

Hope it works but then again I would make a separate BD project in Encore.

Installing the updated pxhelp driver has fixed the crash problem, though I haven't tried a complete Build yet. Thank you very much. Tim

Make sure you are running "as administrator."

Make sure there is no disk in the drive.

There are some users that were still being affected by this only a couple years ago.
