export aaf for Pro Tools

Hey there, age old issue.  At work we are exporting an .aaf for project (duration 25 minutes).  Pro tools say's there is no clip data, on import!   Not sure why.  Last week we had a work around of breaking into sections and that seemed to work, this week not so lucky.

Has anyone else had this issues.  Is there a solution (please say yes)..
